Part Time Operations Admin

Are you ready to be part of a team that’s passionate about people & workplace happiness? We’re hiring a Part Time Operations Admin person to join our HR, Recruitment, and Health & Safety team in a remote role based in or near Wanaka.

At EASI NZ we offer a wrap around service for small to medium local businesses helping them grow, thrive, and retain their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing operations.

  • Support our team with a variety of administration asks.

  • Coordinate and manage bookings for our workshops, webinars and training offerings.

  • Ensure HR, Recruitment & Health and Safety processes are timely and accurate.

  • Maintain up-to-date and smooth-running admin processes.

Services contract coordinator

Position: Administrative and Organisational Services Coordinator

Location: Murihiku or Tāhuna/Wānaka

Overall Objective:
The Administrative and Organisational Services Coordinator will support the KUMA Board and its members by facilitating administrative processes and fostering growth within the Māori business community. This role emphasizes networking, whanaungatanga, and manaakitanga while enhancing relationships among organisations, iwi, hapū, whānau, and government entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and recruit new members, ensuring they receive agreed benefits to promote KUMA’s network growth.

  • Facilitate connections among KUMA members and their regional Board representatives.

  • Organise and host monthly member events, workshops, and visits, managing follow-up communications and an updated database.

  • Direct members to support sources (tautoko pākihi, hauora) from appropriate agencies.

  • Effectively administer the regional network.

  • Collaborate with the Kaitohutohu Matua/Executive Manager on funding opportunities.

  • Respond promptly to queries and contribute to regional communications, establishing a trusted KUMA presence.

  • Maintain relevant systems and applications to ensure a professional network.

This dynamic role may evolve to align with KUMA’s overall objectives and will be dedicated to promoting the interests of Māori businesses.
