The Assistant Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the business and property managers by providing a range of administrative and property management services.

Key objectives include;

  • Communicate with clients and enquiries via email and phone

  • Maintain computerised client database in Palace software and other applications

  • Process Bond Lodgements / Refunds

  • Carry out general administrative duties including email management, scanning, filing, typing

  • Advertise on websites and in local publications and arranging viewings

  • Compile and send out electronic newsletters

  • Meet ad hoc information requests / property management support as required, including background and credit checks

  • Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth workflow

  • Ensure the office / entry is presented in a professional, clean and tidy manner

  • Ensure office supplies are maintained

  • Undertake other duties as may reasonably be required
