Join Our Thriving Strawberry and Herb Farm as a Supervisor!

Our well-loved Red Bridge Berries farm, along with Alpine Fresh Herb business, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join the team. This role oversees both businesses—primarily focused on strawberries during peak seasons, with a transition to herbs and harvest/packing operations the rest of the year.

This role is Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and perfect for someone who enjoys working in a vibrant environment where locals and tourists come to pick berries, enjoy a cup of coffee, while supporting the wholesale operations with both the horticulture businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and guide team members across various areas of the business, adapting to seasonal needs.

• Oversee both strawberry and herb operations, ensuring smooth transitions between peak strawberry season and herb/microgreen/salad green harvests.

• Manage the online ordering system for supplier coordination.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and food safety.

• Assist with administrative tasks, weekly stock takes, inventory management and orders including rostering.

• Engage with customers, handle difficult conversations, and maintain a positive farm experience.

• Utilise barista skills to enhance our farm café experience (training can be provided).
