Next Workshop TBC - Please register below to receive information about upcoming workshops.

Every workplace has challenges crop up from time to time. People in a team who are outside of people’s comfort levels in communication. This series of one-hour sessions delivered by one of our ANZCAL recognised coaches includes:

• How to deal with Dominant personalities – the law of averages says that many workplaces have at least one person who would fit this profile. Learn how to deal with this in a professional and sustainable way

• How to deal with victim mentality in the workplace – when people under-perform, have drama happening in their own life, or don’t have the confidence to interact directly with people, victim mentality can surface. It can be difficult to deal with by the wider team. Tips and techniques to make the difficult, easier to undertake.

• How to say no! – Some people lose up to 12 hours a week doing things they shouldn’t be, or don’t want to do. This happens for numerous reasons. Find out what they are and how to prevent them in this concise, effective session.

• Using communication to combat stressors in the workplace – things escalate quickly when left un- resolved. Some things are out of our control. What happens when mental capacity diminishes? How can you respond quicker and in a way that changes things?

• Understanding pre-conditions in others – every baby is born a blank slate……and then life happens! We are the product of upbringing, environment, situations, people, culture and so much more. Understanding this makes you more aware, considerate. This is a change making session!
