This workshop is aimed at Business Owners/Operators, Business Managers and Team Managers providing a practical and structured introduction into how to make Health and Safety “real” in your organisation.

But what exactly is safety, and how do we ensure it in an ever-evolving world?     From understanding risk management to fostering a culture of safety, we embark on a journey of exploration and application, equipping participants with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the complex landscape of workplace safety in New Zealand and how to make a tangible difference in their organisation.

    • You will understand what officers, managers (PCBU’s) and workers need to do in the real world,

    • You will gain an understanding of how to engage your team and make safety ‘Just Good Business’,

    • You will learn how to focus on a culture of open communication and continuous improvement around HSE,

    • You will establish the ‘Even Better’ culture, to demonstrate compliance with the new legislation in the real world.
